my mates was blue,Cannot recall any logo but his wheels was either clear or yellow.But they where like these.On the other picture they looked different.

Think the first one is a different deck. They mostly had the clear Red wheels, which turned dark after a while with grit & dirt.
I had many decks, even though I was a pretty rubbish boarder.
First major one was G&S Fibreflex, with Green & Blue mismatched Kryptonics

I never progressed due to having such a rubbish starter board.However you can still buy boards.I saw some for sale in spain.I never see anyone using one in my area these days.They Seem very popular just check google.

I seem to recall a Black plastic version, with clear Red polyurethane wheels and a stopper. Can't think who made it, but that was the version most kids ended up with after the Flyer.
I recall the Black one being flat too, maybe a slight kick to it..

This was the next step up in cheapo Skateboards

Mine was like this but in blue
