Anyone recall these? Made by Corgi or Mattel they had modular plastic kits you clipped together. I remember they all featured the body shell of Ford Transit Vans (1990s shape) and big balloon tyres. They even had 2 inch jointed mini figures with caps you could remove. They were emergency or rescue services and came in blue boxes with a lift top flap and plastic window showing all the parts inside. It was like a model kit but without glue and easy to put together and take apart.
I simply recall seeing them as a kid in the 1990s or perhaps late 1980's circa 1987/88 onward in John Lewis or Argos catalogues and even Trents and Beatties (I think) and just wondered what they were called. Never had any but perhaps would like to buy one or at the very least look at them again via pics online....
