He was a small, flexible action figure in a spacesuit with some great accessories!

Major Matt Mattell was the name on the box of the toy I got back in the 60's, but when I look for Matt Mason on ebay I get the same toy!
I wonder if it is because my Dad brought it back from the US and it was renamed for Europe?

Nope,according to all the MMM fan sites,he's only ever been known as Matt Mason worldwide.

I get the same thing..for years I thought the MMM space crawler was something to do with Captain Scarlet,as I saw a Captain Scarlet figure around the same time as the Crawler and my memory put the two together.
The box reads "Major Matt Mason..Mattells Man in Space".which is probably where the confusion has crept in
