Looking for 1991 Galoob dome toy

Hello,

I am a US collector and I've been trying to gather information on a Galoob line from 1991 that consisted of 8 different heads in domes. Each head shot liquid from their mouth, eyes, nose, etc. As far as I can tell, this line was released only in the UK and some parts of mainland Europe. Does anyone remember the name of this line? (And more importantly, do you have any for sale?) Below is a photograph of one that showed up in a Facebook group (not mine).

Thanks! Had you seen that name on the eBay auction that ended not too long ago? IIRC, that seller wasn't sure of the name of the line.
