  • Football and cowboy toys

Can anyone remember the names of these toys?

toy1: This was a football game that was in the market in the early 90s (I think). It was a board with little football players that rested on little springs and you had to pull them back in order to "kick" the ball.

toy2: It was a flat container with some water, a cowboy and a horse. If you pressed a button the cowboy and the horse would move and the aim was to make the cowboy sit on the horse.

    Please HELP!

Sort of rings a bell, although I was way to old by then to know.
Did the Football gane have the players mounted across the pitch and little dips in between each player?? If so,this game has around in the 70/80's.Can't think of a name (its not Striker,or Super striker).
    second one baffles me,pocketeers??

I made a little picture to show what I mean about the footy game

I'll try to do the same with the cowboy game also

I think you are quite close! Possibly I had a more recent variation of the game in your photo where one used their hand to move the "spring-players" back in order to shoot.

I'll try and search from here.Thnx Daz! If you find something else let me know

Ah Chad Valley was trying to remember that name for a previous post on shooting range games. I had one from Santa about the early 60's where you shot corks at Mickey and friends who spun around a bar if you were successful

Have you tried looking at the Lego football? It sounds very similar!!
