70s or 80s assembling toy - can you help?

Can any one help me identify this assembling toy?



I believe it's of British or German origin. It also included rubber wheels, sprocket wheels, steel pieces, plastic screws, all in grey and red. No action figures or dolls included.

FischerTechnik, it is German. My primary school had some in the 80s I had totally forgotten about it!
