The car thingy could be Trik Trak maybe.

The easy one is a clear memory of two formula one type Matchbox cars in a set with two ramps and a double catapult like thing to fire the cars up the ramps - or anywhere else. I am thinking 1974 or 1975. Anyone?

The other memory is much fuzzier - and harder. There was some red plastic track which could be elevated on poles. The track had teeth in it so a tractor like vehicle could traverse it. It had 4 wheels but the track was single. The tractor had a weight so it could climb with just two wheels. I think my neighbour broke it but the track lived on.
