help me please find a toy from the 90's

My son had a stuffed dog that you could make happy or mean by flipping down his eyebrows to make a frown and flipping up his lips to make him snarl. Then fipping them back makes him look nice again. I can't for the life of me remember the names of his toys and he's wanting to find one asap because he's having a baby soon and wants his child to have a couple of the toys he really enjoyed playing with as a child. PLEASE HELP ME if you can.
