Need your help PLEASE! Animal toy

Ok, so I was looking at the ELC sale and came across this which instantly filled me with some amazing childhood memories. Then I looked again and I wasn't sure if I did remember it.

Can anyone tell me if they have had somethin like this as a child before? I'm actually getting vague memories of pictures of animals that hang on something?

oh I'm getting so confused anyone help me??
