Can anyone help me searching for a doll figure i had for christmas as a youngster in the 70s? It was dressed in army clothes and spoke too, although i may have imagined the last part.

Re: Soldiers?
Hi and welcome to DYR !
Action figures were very common in the seventies, and of course the later versions of the famous Action Man were given a voice with a pull cord being used to produce several phrases. Is this one too obvious ?? *lol*
There are many mentions of these toys on the forum and you can get further information by using the Search facility to find them.Last edited by joybee; 16-01-2009, 11:58.Joybee - DYR SUPERGRAN !!

Re: Soldiers?
Roger, there was a range of 40th anniversary Action Man last year...might be a cheaper option for you?Originally posted by RogerMoore View PostThank you Tony.
Using Google, i see there are whole forums just devoted to individual toys like Action Man - the nostalgic dream lives on. I may try and buy one but it seems there are plenty who collect already, it may be too expensive.
