Hula hoops

I've just experienced the new phenomenon that is hula aerobics and I quite enjoyed it. Biggest surprise is that I was able to do it. Of course the hoops are much bigger and heavy duty these days - a far cry from the scuffed, faded green one that came from somewhere and always hung on my gran's back fence. I couldn't do it back then, not for the want of trying!

Ha ha never mind dad dancing, that bloke is dad hooping, but he's good! The hoops are like that and we weren't that good but it was a right laugh. I did get a few bruises around my waist from it, though! It's hardcore lol.
