He actually attended a book launch in Cardiff a couple of days before his death. I can't remember the name of the shop, but I did see him.

Holly Aird as seen in "I Hope it Rains" & "Lost" & "15 The Life & Death of Phillip Knight" which also starred Daniel Newman as Philip. Daniel Newman also played Monkey in the banned film "Shopping" which starred Jude Law & Sadie Frost
