Wow .. General Hospital. I remember my mum watching that and I used to see some of it too. There was one episode where a Doctor and a patient decided that they would spend their lives together, and she went outside to get fresh air or something. She came back on a trolley after being knocked down .. don't know why but that stuck with me all this time. Must have been some top notch acting from the now-single Doctore maybe ..

Now this sounds very much like the episode I describe in 'The Gentle Touch' thread, post 6, on this site.
The patient was Jill Gascoigne and the doctor was Tony Adams. Remember it well!
