Trying to find the name of a leading lady in a 60s/70s TV Drama, can't remember name of the series or her !?!?! Blonde haired lady, classy, looks a little bit like Alison Steadman.....................

No Karen, Thanks anyway on a hiding to nothing I think, not got a great deal to go on have I? The programme was a TV Drama akin to 'Bouquet of Barbed Wire' 'Hadleigh' (but not those) the actress was very well spoken, shoulder length blonde hi-lited hair .............

Bit of a long shot, but could it be Lynette Davies, who was in a 70's tv series called The Foundation? I don't remember much about it, but she was some kind of businesswoman and matches your description.
