i had a big crush on Wanda Ventham (UFO, lotus eaters), Hannah Gordon, Felicity Kendal and Anna Ford.

i remember Jenny Agutter was in a play for today around 1982 that was set in a boys school. i think she was the canteen lady. all the boys were actually played by adult actors.

Blonde lady from Secret Army was called Juliet Hammond Hill. She had a way of playing a Belgian character but still maintained a plummy English accent in the background. In the same series, there was Hazel McBride. She played the character that had the affair with Kessler.

Olive wasn't exactly fit (in my opinion, no offence Olive), but she was certainly not the moose her character was made out to be. I remember her reading stories, probably in the 12.00 noon Rainbow slot. Didn't even need glasses to read the auto cue!

If this is a 70's crush, I reckon both Jennys and Paula would cover my top three. Can I throw in Alexandra Bastedo from the Champions, and Annette Andre from Randall & Hopkirk? Very late 60s but would air regularly during the 70s. Tin Tin Kirano anyone?
