As well as the previously mentioned Charley Says DVDs, The BFI have been releasing a series of COI public information films on DVD.
I strongly recommend purchasing all of these, they are an amazing timepiece.

I would second that - They are great collections of these old public information films and well worth the purchase prices.

On the "Charley Says" DVD's, vol. 1 is fine, but vol. 2 does suffer from considerably mismatched audio levels between one film and another. But even with that flaw, the two-volume set is well worth buying.
