does anyone remember a tv ad from the 70"s that featured a large cartoon nose and a small cartoon character who said at the end of the ad in a funny voice,,,,oooh i can see right up your nose,,,,. please help this is doing my swede in

Was it a Lemsip ad?Their light of pocket torch, of signal flare,
