80's BBC Promo feat Orchestra rising from the sea.... anyone remember this?

Hiyall,

Does anyone remember an 80's promo or advert on the BBC - YEP you are reading this correctly.

It is an animated clip with an orchestra in period costume and they rise from the sea playing this really catchy piece of music.

This was so long ago but I can't remember what the clip was promoting. What I am after is the name and artist of the piece of music as I would really love to get hold of it.

Can anyone help as I have tried for so long to look it up on the internet and various search engines but no luck.
