anyone recall these 2 ads

hi everyone,got a couple of longshots,i remember 2 ads roughly from 1988-1990.one was an older woman saying "something wrong robert?" may of been a scottish high pitched accent.2nd was someone saying "that good for nothing billy,never does the washing up"anyone remember these and what the ads were.thanks)
