Help, 80's cinema advert but what was it???

I think it was an alcohol advert..... All I remember is there were people in a bar having a great time whilst there was a hurricane blowing outside. Towards the end of the advert, someone opens the door to the bar and says something like... Great news, the hurricanes over. The music/party stops. Then the guy says 'But it is still raining though' and the music/party kicks off again.

That's about all I can remember... it was probably 25/30 years ago I last the advert so sorry it's so vague... Can anyone tell me what this advert was?
