Can a dead frog ribbit?

Asking for a friend who is trying to get details of a TV ad some time ago where the words “Can a dead frog ribbit?” Any ideas? Might be set in a surf shop and be advertising food or drink?

When I read the words 'surf shop' I thought of this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zBIgQJdGY2Y - it features the line "Does a dead frog croak?...Ribbit!" so it could be the one.

I remember that advert. I wouldn't have remembered the 'dead frog' line, though. There were a few others.

Bit of a rip-off of Airplane, though.
