Unipart advert 70s. Fever dream?

Hi all.
Everytime I hear "Don't go breaking my heart" by Elton John and kiki Dee It always reminds me of an old unipart ad.
Does anyone remember if unipart used this song in one of their adverts? I've searched on YouTube but have come up with nothing.
