This ad was on a good few years ago, middle age bloke and his belly starts talking to him - 'Oi you , pudding face' - he looks down in surprise and it like tells him off.

Think it was about eating some healthy cereal maybe but I can't temember

Looking at this again I think it may have been a PIF about healthy lifestyles and stuff like going for walks, skipping and weird things like that
