This advert was definately not a dream! It must have been aired when I was about 7, making it around 1978. I can remember at our class Christmas party lots of us acting out the commercial, as kids do.
It involved a group of distinguished men from yesteryear trying to work out which surname would come first when naming the wine. I think the punchline at the end was one of these characters suggesting, in a Spanish accent that "surely it's the best of 3?" It took me years to work out what he was saying, incidentally.
