I certainly do remember this ad.
Apparently it was first shown in 1967 and the film has now been lost. Shame.

I remember Reginald Mole, husband !!!!!!!Loved him!
What about the old dude with the brolley saying "You won't be caught out by burst pipes this winter - will you?" (He is giving a talk about lagging pipes etc while water dripping down on him becomes more and more insistent until it breaks into full flow and his audience scarpers)
Oh, and "Burning fat, turn off the heat, don't move the pan for at least half an hour"
