Hi all!
From my childhood (I was born in the early 80's) - there was a movie which has been haunting me ever since.
The details I can remember, are that it takes place mainly around a hospital. It is fictionary/scifi/fantasy-themed.
The main character is a doctor or a nurse, and he interacts a lot with a boy who has the ability to turn into animals; mainly a black panther.
I can't remember much more, since I wasn't very old at the time, but this is something I'd like to reminisce upon and would love to watch again, it's fantastic how some details burn into those ol' synapses innit?
