Dinosaur film

Hi

I am trying to find the title of a film I saw back in the 80's. It was a stop motion film about a team who are formed to protect dinosaurs after a series of earthquakes release dinosaurs that have been living under the earth's surface. It was almost certainly Japenese.

I'm afraid that I can't remember anything else about it! Any ideas greatfully received.

Could it be The Mysterians?

Or one of the Godzilla films, Destroy All Monsters?
