  • Films you watched as a kid but never really understood

For me it had to be Linsday Anderson's O Lucky Man with Malcom McDowell. It was one of those films I watched on BBC2 on a Saturday evening, really late. It went on for ages and I really didn't have a clue what was going on half the time. But it certainly had a 'Monday morning at school' gossip factor. Arthur Lowe watching a blue film, a man tied to a table half turned into a pig and the aforementioned Mr.McDowell breastfeeding

I've never seen it since and it doesn't seem to be available on DVD.

edit - just found it's coming out on region 1 in a month or so.

2001 a space odyssey. I think my brain collapsed about 30 minutes into it. Saw it at the local cinema as well, so there was no escape.
