looking for a spy film

I got a very, very faint memory of a film called "The spy who laughed at danger" but I can't find it online.

Got no memory of the plot, just the title stuck in my head - I bet there was a spy in it!

Maybe I got film title a bit wrong so can anyone help please?

iMDB is saying that was the name of the movie being made in the Burt Reynolds Stuntman movie "Hooper"

Yep, that must be it - as I said I just had this faint memory of some film with that title - looking at the film Hooper I can't even remember seeing that!
