Now come on. There can't be anybody on this website that hasn't ever felt the same way as Micheal Douglas's character in this film has ever felt? Falling Down followes the advetures of a middle aged, middle class unemployed office worker who is driven to go on a rampage of violence and destruction after being caught in a traffic jam on a red hot day and males his way across town to his wife and daughter who is not allowed to see and also follows Robert Duval who plays a desk based cop on what should be his final day at work before retirring and his attempts to solve the case. The film itself was popular with far right extremists due to the comments by a neo-nazi and the sequence in a Korean own shop.

Great film Vanhelsing. He just lost the plot altogether didn't he? An unusual role for Douglas.

I watch it for the scene in the burger bar, It sums up exactly how i feel about misrepresentation and turd polishing in the consumer retail obsessed world i live in.
