Think it was made ine the 70`s and saw it in the 80`s. All I can remember was a woman started work looking after a mentally challanged man who acted like a baby and I think she Killed the mother of the man. At the end she took the man home with her and her husband was sitting on the floor with a head injury acting like a baby and she planned it so they could play together.

I saw that too
. Talk about weird and disturbing. This woman was like a carer for the man. The mother was over protective as far as I remember. It looked as if the carer had his best interests at heart but at the end you see her with the disabled man in a swimming pool I think playing with her and her husband who also was behaving like a baby. I think he'd been brain damaged or something and his wife was looking for a playmate for him.
