I loved the goodies when I was a kid,and still love the show now.There really wasn't anything like it then and nothing has come close to it since.It was and still is just way out there.I think the highly visual in your face gags and slapstick were brilliant for us kids that watched it first time round.I liked the silly nature of the program and still get a good laugh from it all these years later.
The only sad thing about it is that we are only being fed cherry picked episodes in drips and drabs on dvd,when what we really need is full coverage season by season.
