its late 90's and all i remember is some kind of workshop? i dont know if it was a workshop or a regular shop or a house?:S and ermm there was tap dancing mice in the attic and i remember something pink but its not bagpuss, please help its really bugging me (i know its an extremely vague description) thanks

I remember this ( I think) - there was also a family of Goblins and an old man called "Noah".

I think it was set in a toy repair workshop.

Sadly I cannot remember what it was called.
