Beginning of the news green hands on a typewriter???

Another vague memory of mine that I'd like to have confirmed if possible. I have in my memory the start of the news and in the opening titles it had the sound of people typing and an image of hands going like the clappers on a typewriter. The image was green in colour.

I was very young when I saw this so I'd take a stab at '79 or '80 and probably during the day time. Was this the start of the news or something else, or have I just imagined it?

Cheers 6010! I've searched for this before and never found it. Think I always looked under BBC. It's really weird to see something like this again after 30 (gulp) years and to see how much of it has stayed in my memory from being four years old. I even recognise the tune now that I've heard it.
