Been thinking of this for a while... The description will be a bit vague I'm afraid but here goes.
I remember a children's TV series which was shown weekday mornings (I think), and it was based around a family who were kids, but acted like a grown up family of adults - who also had kids!? I remember a mum and dad (played by kids obviously) and I think the mum had long blonde hair / pony tail, and she used to looks after the family and also did the chores like cleaning and hoovering. I think the dad wore a flat cap and just sat in a chair all day, and the kids had a room with a bunk-bed, but it's all just a distant memory!
I'm not sure if the series was part of another programme like Wac-a-day or something similar and each episode was very short, only about 5 mins. Anyone have any clue what I'm talking about?
Cheers!
