Ok, so my description is rubbish, please help. I'm pulling my hair out here!
The programme i'm trying to remember is possibly from the 90's.
It had two twin sisters in it as assistants with black hair and white streaks (like frankinsteins bride) I think the show was based in a castle possibly something to do with frankinstein or dracula. Pretty sure the intro was a song!
