Hi everyone, i'm looking for a show from the eighties that featured a man and a woman who were supposed to be tv presenters of a lifestyle or travel show (I think! can't quite remember) but really the show was about them solving whodunnit's/mysteries.

I know this is an old thread. Hope it's not too old to resurrect.

I think the show is Pulaski from 1987. The protagonist is an actor who stars in a mystery TV series, but who also gets involved in real life mysteries, with his wife. It was not a hit. I liked it, though.

Kim thingybob, the woman, was a redhead, and I think the man was a TV magician. She was his assistant.

No idea! Hart to Hart was just a shot in the dark as i can't remember it properly myself. I just remember it being a couple and it being a bit tongue in cheek.

Hart to Hart? They weren't presenters but a 'glamorous couple' according to Wikipedia. He was a millionaire head honcho of a company and she was a journalist, solving crimes in between living a jet-setting lifestyle!

Hmm, that might have been it. I could have sworn it was an English show though .... although it was such a long time ago it's hard to remember! Thanks though!

It was more of a humourous show than anything serious or grim.

I remember watching it as a kid and would love to track it down. I think the actress was blond but I can't remember anything about the actor. Sorry, i know that's not much to go on!
