Help remembering 90's kids action show

It started around the time the second or 3rd season of power rangers came out. It involved 3-4 teens that gained the abillity to go into the computer network and fight against evil computer programs. One boy became a giant fighting robot, one piloted a tank, one a drill like machine, and the other a plane. they all combined like on power rangers to become stronger. Anyone remembers this show? it came on Fox i believe.
