A brother and sister are living on their own. They're on a school trip to the seaside and in one scene the other kids laugh at the terrible sandwiches the sister has managed to make. His goldfish dies. They try and get round the cliffs to find the place where they think Mum lives, get cut off and the teacher has to go round in a helicopter with the coastguard to find them. Oh yes, what the clucking bell was it called?
