90's TV Show (with dirty cats)
Does anyone remember a TV show that aired in the ninties about two dirty alleyway cats. I think they were both male, and if I remember right they also had an adult male human companion. They were often the butt of all jokes, and it was a live action series with puppets. I think they could often be seen in two garbage cans, in a grungy enviroment outside some building.
Also this is just a guess, but it might have been slightly educational. It might not be, but I won't rule out that possibility, because it sort of rings a bell?
