I think this programme was on the Disney channel or perhaps Nickelodeon. The main idea of it was young people sent in their short stories and they were created into short 5-10 minute films.
I seem to remember a female (young teen) narrator and the setting was quite dark.
I haven't seen or heard anything about it in about 10 years but I definitely remember as I really enjoyed it.
Any suggestions to what it was called would be really appreciated.
