Anyone remember a BBC Drama set in 1970's about a stockbroker? "hello money"?

I saw this on BBC2 sometime in the last 15 years although it was set in the late 1970s. There was a young stockbroker who'd lost his job and his neighbour was a builder/property developer.

When he finally gets back into work he is shown walking down the street shouting "hello money!".
