hi when i was a kid in the 70's there was a show on before crown court in the afternoon and all i can remember was when it started ...there was a cobbled street with a ball bouncing down it and the street was sepia toned green..please can any1 help its drove me mad for years..looked on the internet but carnt seem to find anything about it thanks dave 44

hi all...the music for this program was eerie and the sepia toned colour(green) seemed to come down the screen till it covered the whole telly screen it was on at about 2pm week days....it was on after pipkins or animal krackers but on before crown court....i lived in the yorkshire tv region at the time..dont think it was on every day but when it came on it scared the living daylights out of me...could have been early 70's when i came back from nursery or when i was ill and off infant school about 1970-75...think it was a adult drama show. looking down the street it reminded me of corrie when i think back -

thinking back it must have been mid 70's cause thats when we first got a colour telly...must have been off school.. i was about 6-8 yrs old....sorry for being so vaugeComment
