Can anyone remember a childrens Ghost Story set around Christmas when a little boy went to stay at his Grandmother's house and there was a magic tree in the garden? I cannot remember much about it, but remember enjoying it and would love to see it again. Not sure when it was on, could have been 80's/early 90's

I agree, it certainly sounds like Green Knowe- the books were written by the late Lucy Boston, based around her real home of Hemingford Manor near Cambridge. I went there for my 40th birthday and met her daughter-in-law Diana, who shows members of the public around the place.Comment
