The prog itselfs boring. The title sequence was exciting lol. I did like one episode in which they showed the formation of SHADO.

And having bowl style hair cuts for men. And purple hair on women on the Moon, or men and women wearing string vest style jumpsuits if in the Navy...The actual aliens were naff too.

If you think about it, you could imagine UFO being the precursor to SPACE 1999 and Captain Scarlett and the Mysterons as that was set in 2157 or something like that...
