Need help in remembering this horror series.

Hi,

Hope you and family are fine.

The series I am talking about was shown on our local tv around 80s.

As our national tv buy out old shows to show so I cant tell what is the actual date this series belongs too.

I only remember one part in which a stair case was involved. And the song "Up stairs and down stairs" was playing in back ground.

Can any one remember this?
