I watched the Rockford Files on ITV4 while recovering from pneumonia in the late '06's. Monk was also on... Saturday's I think. James Garner was ace, I couldn't believe my ears when I was flicking through freeview and heard him on '8 Rules'

'The Sweeney' - My absolute favourite TV show. I'm too young to remember it when it was first shown, but I've become a huge fan of it in recent years. John Thaw and Dennis Waterman were one of the great double-acts of '70s TV. Then there were the cars - a bronze Ford Consul 3.0 GT then various Granadas and Cortinas for the squad, invariably S-Type Jags for the blaggers. The Guv'nor.

'Juliet Bravo' - I watched this all the time in the early '80s. Both Stephanie Turner (Jean Darbley) and Anna Carteret (Kate Longton) were great in their roles as Hartley Police's Inspectors. Famous for the Mk2 Escort patrol cars as well.
