The bloke commited suicide, as Jack held his hand, the young girl went to London to work, and the female pilot flew her old plane up into the sky,thats where it finished after Owen had told her he loved her. But yep as Momma said Russell keeps giving us hints, but nothing we don't know already about Jack's past/future, and red herrings by the truckloads, and the Weavils are back next week.

Thought the last two episodes could have been condensed a bit but still good stuff ......though playing up Barrowman's gay self distracted from the story... in fact the sex stuff is needing to be toned down as the story's IMO suffer

Good point, but I read that Jack wasn't in the next seris of Doctor Who, so is Jack gonna be back in the 2nd series of Torchwood? Always Russell T, raises more questions than he answers.
