Wilderness Road

Does anyone remember this sitcom. It was set around a pub and was filmed in my home town of Southampton (though set in London) and had Gary Olsen as a local spiv's minder and that guy from the early Mr Bean episodes as the local 'village idiot' type. One series only late 80s early 90s!

Don't bother checking wikipedia, there seems to be no trace, even on Gary Olsen's own Wiki entry. Its as if the show never existed but I remember it!

Was it really as long ago as 86, blimey!!!

It was filmed at a pub was called The Oxford in a rather rough part of Southampton called St Mary's, not far from where Southampton Football Club's hme ground is!
