It's a tricky to deal with issues, a lot of American sitcoms used to have "Very Special Episodes", some of which seem very daft in retrospect.

D'ffrent Strokes 'paedo' episode springs to mind - it was infamous.....

I remember the show but not much about the content. I thought it was an American show (couldn't tell the difference at that age) and I remember thinking it was different from home because DiGrassi sounded quite foreign. No streets have names like that where I come from!

I have all of them up to the end of Degrassi High, when the cast changed to a new batch of kids - a great kids program, and they always tried hard to tackle complex issues that other kids TV wouldn't address...

Plus I had a huge crush on Caitlin...
